What is images-to-PDF conversion?

Plenty of systems want a PDF and only a PDF: application portals, fax services, print shops, record-keeping systems. This tool turns your images — PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, and even iPhone HEIC/HEIF photos — into a single PDF document. Add several images and they become consecutive pages, sorted into the order you arrange them.

Two page modes cover the common cases. Full-size creates one page per image at the image's actual dimensions, which is ideal for screenshots and scans where you want no white borders and full resolution; the tool even shows you the physical size of each resulting page in millimeters. A4 mode fits each image onto a standard A4 page, with portrait or landscape orientation and a scale slider (10–100%) to control how much of the page the image occupies — handy when a printout needs consistent margins, or when images of wildly different sizes should end up looking uniform.

Because the conversion runs in your browser, your photos and scans are not uploaded to anyone's servers. This is the route to take for ID documents, medical results, or receipts you would rather keep to yourself. It also works offline once the page is loaded, so you can convert on a plane or in a dead zone.

One tip for phone photos: HEIC files from modern iPhones are accepted directly, so you do not need a separate HEIC-to-JPG step first. If your images are extremely large, downscaling them beforehand will keep the resulting PDF from becoming heavier than necessary — or simply convert, then run the result through Compress PDF.
